Delivery and returns

Delivery to UK mainland is FREE and we aim to deliver within 4-6 weeks of your order being placed..

We pride ourselves on our premium, professional delivery service. Our customer service team is dedicated to ensuring we deliver your luxury furniture on a date and at a time that suits you.*

Our beds, mattresses, headboards and accessories are handmade in Yorkshire seven days-a-week, and everyday our delivery team is on the road to bring our sophisticated, elegant furniture to you quickly and efficiently.

Please contact us by email or call 0113 3225008 to discuss your requirements, and receive a quote for delivery to non-UK mainland addresses.

*The date and time of your delivery will be confirmed ahead of your delivery date and a morning or afternoon slot will be allocated

Returns Procedure

a. It is important that you check whether that there will be sufficient access for delivery of your product and the product fits into the room of your choice before ordering – please use our product spec and dimensions on the relevant product page or contact us for more information.

b. We aim to deliver within 4-6 weeks of your order being placed. While every effort is made to meet this timeframe, delays can occur that are beyond our control. Where this happens, we will make you aware as soon as possible and will give you the option to proceed with the order, change your order or cancel the order for a full refund.

c. Please report any damage to your furniture within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for replacement parts or you can return the item for an exchange or full refund in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

d. Please note that mattresses cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if they have been removed from the original packaging (unless faulty).

e. Before you return anything please liaise with our Support team so they will know to expect your return and issue a refund. We may ask for you to send us photos of any areas of damage or imperfection in order to offer you a suitable course of action our team will advise you of the best way to return your item and confirm the return delivery address. When returning furniture, it must be disassembled and wrapped in suitable packaging to ensure it does not get damaged in transit. We require a photograph of the packaged goods prior to collection.

f. We ask is that your unwanted item is returned in the condition it was received.

g. Products delivered and returned will be refunded within 14 working days* after we receive your return into stock. We will refund your purchase price, excluding our collection and restocking charge of £99 per order.
